NewsJune-July 2009 It's a slow go on updating our site! Please be patient with us during this time. There is so much to identify and get updated. It has been such a busy month at the shop! Did you see us on Channel 12 News? Also, there was a picture of Madison and Emma in the Daily News for our celebration of WWKIP Day. To all of you who attended, THANKS! I wish it had been cooler so we could sit outside, but it was really nice to see everyone and enjoy the comraderie! We currently have the "Glitz - Glam - Bling" trunk show from AIYSA. These are items that have been knitted by local yarns shops across the country, and I think you will find some great inspiration! Saturday evening, we topped off the day with the "Yarn Tasting." We had a full house, and so far the reviews have been very positive. We will definitely do this again in the Fall. More details on this event are located on the "What's New" page. Get ready for Christmas in July! We have some great classes, including a needle felted Christmas ornament, an adorable stuffed lamb toy, and a Christmas stocking! We hope to see you soon! -- Linda |
