Crystal Palace Yarns

Crystal Palace Kid Merino is a lace weight, fingering weight blend of Kid Mohair, Merino wool and microfiber Nylon and can be knit in a variety of ways: as a lace weight fingering yarn, doubled at a DK-worsted gauge or use it as a knit-along yarn with any other yarn to add softness and texture. A little goes a long way - 240 yds/25 gram ball!

Crystal Palace Whisper is a soft microfiber eyelash knitting yarn.  This beautiful micro-fiber, nylon eyelash yarn comes in 20 printed & solid colors.  Whisper is also available undyed in hanks for dyeing yourself with acid wool dyes.  Whisper eyelash combines with with other yarns, too.

Crystal Palace Cotton Chenille is made of 100% cotton and is easy to knit and crochet with as compared to some other chenille yarns.  It comes in a wide variety of colors.  It comes in balls or cones.  It also comes in solid or painted colors!  Colors can never be completely accurate shown in a browser on your monitor, but you can view the color cards by clicking on the thumbnails below, which should give you a good idea of the wide color range available for Cotton Chenille.

Crystal Palace Iceland
knits at a range of gauges, one ball will make a fast scarf or hat. Iceland is a great choice for your Felted Projects, too! It felts beautifully.  It comes in 25 colors solid colors and also painted variations.  This yarn has a companion yarn,
Labrador,
spun from 100% wool in a thick-thin handspun looking yarn.  Both Labrador and Iceland are also available in undyed hanks, tied and ready to dye.

Crystal Palace FJORD -- both solid and printed 100% wool, 91 yds/50 gram ball - 100% Wool - super soft wool.  Fjord is the worsted weight version of the popular Crystal Place Iceland yarn.  It will knit at a range of gauges and is wonderful for felting.  It comes in 20 colors solid colors + 13 printed colors and knits at a gauge of 4.5 - 5.5 sts/inch (18-20 sts/10 cm).

Crystal Palace Summer Net -- a mesh handknitting yarn made with "Cool Tech" which is a special fiber blend of polyester and cotton for summer comfort and wicking of moisture away from skin.  This yarn is made of 45% nylon, 36% polyester, 19% cotton.  It comes in 74 yds/50 gram balls and knits at a gauge of 3-3.5 sts/inch on size 10-13 needles.

Dragon Fly -- A chunky eyelash novelty yarn from Crystal Palace.

(1) Pastel colors of paper elements with white pigtails in the top row, (2) Strong colors of paper elements with different colors of pigtails (2nd & 3rd rows below) and (3) Printed colors, 8 of them, shown at the bottom of this page, each shown individually and looking as if a little UFO landed on your monitor screen.
