Dye Classes

DYEING BASICS*
Want to learn how to dye your own fiber or yarn? This is the class that will take you through the steps on how to dye your fiber and yarns the way you want to. Student will dye selected fibers or yarn. Basic cost of the class is $30, which includes the cost of the dyes and the class materials. Additional fees are for the yarn or fiber selected. Prerequisites: None.
DYEING A PATTERNED YARN*
Learn how to dye a patterned yarn. Student will hand paint a skein of yarn to recreate a repeating pattern. Cost of class is $60, which covers the cost of dyes, yarn, and class materials. This class is approximately 4 hours long. Prerequisites: none.
DYEING WITH NATURAL DYES*
Learn to dye with natural dyes. The cost of the class is $60, which covers the cost of the dyes, yarn/fiber, and class materials. This class is approximately 4 hours long. Prerequisites: None
DYE WORKSHOP*
The Dye Workshop combines the above classes into two days of fun. Total Cost is $120, which covers all the materials mentioned in the above descriptions.

*Students should wear old clothes that they do not mind getting dirty or splattered.
